1. Booking and Reservations

1.1 Reservation Requests: To secure a place on one of our photographic safaris, you must submit a reservation request via our website, email, or phone.

1.2 Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only when we have received the initial deposit and issued a written confirmation. An email confirmation will be sent to you once your reservation is processed.

1.3 Deposit Requirements: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour price is required to confirm your booking. The balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the start date of the safari.

1.4 If the participant is under 18 years old and traveling without a guardian, this must be disclosed at the time of booking. Certain tours may have age restrictions that exceed 18 years, and this information will be provided at the time of booking. We retain the right to refuse bookings for travellers under 18 years of age.

1.5 Participants must check their booking confirmation and travel documents upon receipt to ensure all information is correct, including name spellings and passport details. Any errors must be reported immediately. The organizer reserves the right to charge a fee for correcting errors and for any additional work involved. If the error is due to the organizer, the correction will be made at no cost to the participant.

1.6 The main participant must promptly inform the organizer of any changes to their contact details, including address, email, or phone number, to ensure effective communication.
1.7 Certain tours may require a minimum number of participants to proceed. This requirement will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

1.8 Unless stated otherwise, the tour fee is based on double occupancy. If the participant requests single accommodation or a larger room, an additional fee may apply.

- 60 to 31 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price

- Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total tour price

3.2 Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel the safari due to unforeseen circumstances such as political instability, extreme weather conditions, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

3.3 No refunds will be issued for any part of the tour that is not participated in once the tour has commenced. No refunds are provided for unused portions of the tour or for flights booked by the organizer.

3.4 Participants may transfer the agreement to another person who meets all tour conditions. The organizer must be notified of the transfer at least seven days before departure.

3.5 The organizer may charge a reasonable fee for processing the transfer, which will not exceed the actual costs incurred.

3.6 Both the original participant and the new participant are jointly responsible for all payments and additional costs resulting from the transfer.
